    Margaret Ryan Kreeger began her career, after graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law, as a trial attorney for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Baltimore, MD and later in Los Angeles, CA. She conducted and supervised investigations and instituted litigation on behalf of individuals protected by Title VII and other employment discrimination laws. Ms. Kreeger also spent a year and a half as a hearings examiner for the agency conducting hearings and ruling on federal claims of discrimination filed by federal employees. She capped her career with the agency by holding the position of special assistant to Chairman Clarence Thomas investigating hiring practices in the entertainment industry.
